Entry Requirements: Ordinary Diploma in business or management or science or engineering + 2 years of working experience in commerce or engineering field + Computer literate with knowledge in Excel and basic statistics. Course Outline: Overview; Define; Measure; Analyze; Improve; Control; Case Study; Design for Six Sigma; Lean and Six Sigma; Six Sigma and Inventive problem Solving (TRIZ); New Area in Six Sigma; Future of Six Sigma. Instructors' Qualifications: Bachelor degree and corporate professional qualification with 5 years of working experience Assessment: CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT(30%) & EXAMINATION(70%) AT LEAST 50% IN EACH ASSESSMENT TASK AND OVERALL SCORE. ATTENDANCE: 80% Notes: *APPLICANT PURSUING THIS COURSE WITH COURSE COMMENCEMENT DATE FALLING AFTER 31 MARCH 2023 IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM REIMBURSEMENT FROM CEF.
