Ralong Business Technology Academy was first established in 2003 to provide pioneering professional courses and continuing education in New Six Sigma, TRIZ for Systematic Innovation, and Lean. This was first of its kind in Hong Kong and in Asia.
We have provided the above innovative courses at the time to a broad portfolio of businesses, industries and government organisations. Students benefited on how to improve the service quality, enhance efficiency of their own enterprises, with systematic innovation for new product solution design and launch, strategic and innovative management decision making.

MISSION
1. Provides season education courses and executive programs to enhance the present workforce scope and capability to meet current trends
2. Enables technology and business roadmaps studies with relevant organisation to develop local industrial adoption strategies to position HKSAR as continuing creative hub.
3. Advocates government policy to support “innovation and data driven economy” through the creation of timely education and training programs to upgrade the society workforce
4. Cooperates with local higher education institutions to develop foresights education programs for students and mature candidates for future economic projections
5. Organise education site visits to frontier industries in Mainland China to further exchange between Hong Kong and Mainland and to create opportunities for all in society
6. Encourage school students to raise awareness in “National Innovation and Development” through cooperative events such as innovation exhibitions, competitions and workshops
7. Promote “National Security” through “Theme and Scenario-Based”continuing education cooperative programs
8. Set up education exchange programs with ASEAN countries with Hong Kong for common so-cietal benefits in human capital and business cooperation areas.
