Tony is the Chairman of EV Dynamics, a listed company in Hong Kong with main business in special purpose electric vehicles design and manufacturing.  He has a broad portfolio of business interests which include media, innovation, intelligent city, cyber technology and fintech.

Ms. Jenny Carling

Principal

Jenny is Vice-Chair of Apex Sphere, Directors of U Resonance and Raymedy Bio-Energy Innotech Limited.  She has extensive international experiences working in global companies for large scale mission critical projects which includes aerospace and aviations, cyber security, petrochemical, fintech, internet-of-things technology, business finance, bio-informatics, and smart regenerative healthcare which integrates western cellular health and Chinese body meridian measurement.  Jenny’s main interest is in promoting healthcare equity and wellbeing for all.

Dr. Daniel Lau

Associate Principal (Continuing Education and Operations)

Daniel is Directors of U Resonance and Raymedy Bio-Energy Innotech Limited.  He has extensive Asia experiences in advanced semiconductor, optoelectronics, life sciences, research commercialisation, continuing education and systematic innovation. He has worked in IBM, Bio-Rad, CityU HK, and Co-founder of Ralong Business Technology Academy.   In 2002, Daniel became Founding President of Hong Kong Optoelectronics Association which he led to promote Hong Kong to become a key recognised global photonics hub.

Ir. Matthew Tsui

Associate Principal (Information Technology)

Matthew Tsui, CTO, brings over 20 years of experience in the electronics and IT sectors, with deep expertise in system design, manufacturing, testing, and enterprise-level IT solutions. He holds an MSc in Information Technology and a BEng in Electronic Engineering. As a Certified ESG Planner, ISO 9001:2000 QMS Auditor, and CISP, he ensures that compliance, security, and sustainability are integrated into all technology strategies. A Corporate Member of HKIE and PMI, Matthew leads digital transformation by aligning technology with business goals, building secure, scalable systems, and driving innovation that enhances operational efficiency and long-term organizational success.

Ms Maria Tsui

Director (e-Health Education and Commercial)

Maria has long established track records in high valued performance garments industry to promote health wellness in society at large and sports segments in particular.  She has deep international and China experience networks.

Miss Jane Liu

Director (Marketing and Customer Relation)

Jane is a seasoned establishment finance professional in cross-border capital and international operations, asset management, and commodity trading. She holds an MBA in International Business from Renmin University of China.  Possessing extensive resources across both traditional finance and digital asset finance, Jane excels at integrating cross-sector capabilities. She is well-versed in compliance frameworks for Hong Kong and international capital markets, with expertise in designing innovative financial solutions and leading commercial negotiations.  Her client portfolio includes high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. She holds valid licenses for fund, securities, and futures brokerage operations in China.
