Course Coverage


This course provides students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the installation, maintenance, and operation of BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) GPS base station hardware. The curriculum covers the fundamentals of BDS technology, including satellite signal processing, base station receiver design, and system integration. Students will learn hardware installation techniques, such as site selection, antenna mounting, and power supply configuration, as well as maintenance procedures for ensuring system reliability and performance. The course also includes training on diagnostic tools, software interfaces for base station management, and compliance with aviation and navigation safety standards. Practical workshops and simulations prepare students for real-world applications in high-precision positioning systems.
